Welcome to the Half Price Listing. My name is Joshua Smith, and I'm a Realtor working with Revisto Real Estate Group. 

I launched my real estate career with a passion and a vision to contribute greatly to the families in the Phoenix Valley and surrounding areas.

So what is the half price listing?

The seller of the home pays the commission for two real estate agents out of the proceeds they make at closing: their own listing agent and the buyer's agent. The total commission is typically 6%, with 3% being paid to each agent.

- What is The Half Price Listing?

The Listing Broker typically charges 3% of the sale price of the home, but with me, I'll only charge 1.5%. Boom. Half Price. 

- What will you do to sell my home?

I will do exactly what any other real estate agent would do: online advertising, host open houses, social media marketing, neighborhood marketing, print media marketing, and Agent-Broker networking.

- How long will my home be on the market?

This is contingent solely on the overall market conditions, regardless of what it will cost you to sell your home. I will do everything I can to sell your home quickly and at the highest price possible.

- When will I need to pay you?

You only pay when we get your home SOLD!

- Why don't more realtors offer a half price listing?

Saving money won't affect how fast your home sells. But it will give you extra negotiating room (because of the discounted commission) if you wanted to consider an offer for less than full price.
